A CASE-BASED DISCUSSION ON ‘THE PSYCHIATRIST’s SECRET NOTEBOOK’ : Gary Small

As the Cerrahpasa Neuroscience Society and its SIGN chapter, we are delighted to announce that we will be hosting the sixth session of the ‘Cerrahpasa Neuroscience Talks’. Our guest speaker for this session will be Dr. Gary Small, best-selling author of “The Psychiatrist’s Secret Notebook” and Chair of Psychiatry in Hackensack Medical Center.

Dr. Gary Small was a professor of psychiatry at the University of California and held the position of the director of the Geriatric Psychiatry section at the UCLA Longevity Center. Gary Small, listed among top 50 innovators in science and technology by Scientific American magazine, invented the first brain scan that allowed physical evidence of Alzheimer's disease to be recorded.
